When making a step to hiring a limo or party bus, the folks here at Limo Memphis understand entirely that this isn't a small purchase. You want to ensure you get the most return on your hard-earned dollars. It is our duty to ensure that you can rest assured that you are comfortable and confident in your decision to do business with us. Our hours of operation are 24/7/365. We are available 24 hours a day to take your phone calls and provide service to you. Email will be responded to as soon as possible, but we recommend you call us for instant answers.

Unfortunately, no smoking is permitted in our vehicles. In an effort to keep our vehicles in the best possible condition, we do not allow smoking in any form to take place on our vehicles. Any instances of you or your guests smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

As long as all passengers are of legal drinking age, you are absolutely allowed to bring alcoholic beverages aboard our vehicles. We have built-in bar areas and coolers to help keep your beverages cold during your journey. We ask that our guests exercise responsible drinking while utilizing our services. You will be responsible for the damage your party does to our vehicle.

The first thing you'll need to do before getting started on your Limo Memphis adventure is to get in touch with us! From there, our representatives will need to know a few things to ascertain whether or not we are able to accommodate your reservation. They'll need to know the date of your event, how many passengers you'd like to accommodate, where you'll need to be picked up, and what time your limo experience will start. From there, it's just a matter of arranging the logistics. Our booking agents will be happy to help guide you through the process.

In short, yes. Because we will be unable to rent the vehicle you reserve to anyone else for your given date and time, we require that you put a retainer fee down to demonstrate your full intent to proceed with the terms of our contract. If you have any questions about this or our policies, we cordially invite you to contact our booking agents. They will be happy to clarify anything that you need to know!

You are expected to take off anything you brought on the bus. Our staff will clean the vehicle upon it's return. However, we should note that if your vehicle requires extensive cleaning, you may be responsible for the cost of these services. Also, if you leave items on the bus, we can not guarantee they will be returned. Oftentimes, items are misplaced off the bus and are later assumed to be on the bus; if we find your items, we will let you know.

That is typically not an issue; you will simply continue to pay at the same hourly rate you already pay. The only time in which this could possibly be an issue is during a daytime rental when the same vehicle is scheduled to go out on a night run, as we need time to clean the bus so our next guests enjoy the same quality you did.

They do not; we have given this much thought and have opted not to have bathrooms on board for the enjoyment of all guests. As these styles of bathrooms are little more than mobile port-a-potty, this can lead to an unpleasant experience. We make unlimited stops, so if guests need to stop for any reason at any point, we are happy to accommodate them.

Unfortunately, once we reserve a vehicle for you, we must turn away other customers who are interested in that vehicle. By booking with us, we agree that we will provide you with a vehicle you reserved at the agreed-upon time and date; we expect that our customers will do the same on their end.
